Ideal conditions for rich and intense full bodied Cabernet Sauvignon. Very little rainfall through the season provided small, thick skinned grapes. Mild temperatures and no disease pressure meant the fruit had a long rip ening period,
finishing 2-3 weeks later than average in mid May. This long ripening period allowed the grapes to develop a rich and mature tannin profile, matched by excellent intensity of flavour.
